Went to a Moon circle last week and this stone adorned with really wise words was sitting there amongst the ladies.. I loved the message so thought I would share to you lovely lot…. My Friday nights (if not gigging) are now mostly either noshing off some great steak, pommes-frites whilst unashamedly nailing some Malbec avec straw or jumping to the other end of the spectrum with some kind of wellness from gong baths to yoga to PJ’s on early nights and and it feels good, the much needed me time. I am old, I know. What is a moon circle? An inclusive coming together of women around the new or full moon. ?????? Have you been to one? What’s the vibe? Did you find it a good experience?
